TFA Monsun 47.3003 Wireless Rain Gauge with Outdoor Temperature, plus Alerts for Rain & Temperature

Bought to replace 20yr old oregon. Appears well made. Choosen beacuase can recall each days rainfall for last 7 days to transfer to database. Compared to a funnel, my accur8 and oregon looks like it unde rreads by 10%. Range is only 30m compared to 100m with oregon and accur 8. Have had to put it in a room with one less wall to go through. Would have liked last 24hr to be since midnight not actual 24hr.

Baragraph continually updates rather than steady display.

Did not need thermometer better to use the display for rain related events. Over reads by a lot in the sun as no ventilation. My accur8 only over reads a little when in the sun.

Improvement on oregon which increments in 1mm steps, this increments 0.4 and 0.5mm steps

I bought this to replace my old rain gauge as it appeared to be the same make ( with some upgrades- like -in out temp ) and the old one had lasted 20 years!

Found it easy to set up and it recorded rain fall straightaway

I like this one so much, I have bought another as a birthday present for a family member!

Bought this to replace my existing wireless rain gauge that the console had failed on. The console and sensor would not pair together, due to the sensor being faulty. A couple of emails between myself and Weather Shop and a new sensor was sent out and paired straight away with the console.

It is working beautifully as we expected- this is the second one we have purchased from you over many years.

We are content that this device provides the useful information we want. Thank you. LvS

I can’t work out how to use all the functions as the instruction booklet is so poor. Rather disappointed.
