The MK-III weather station
RainWise's core product is the MK-III sensor assembly — a fully integrated, self-contained outdoor unit measuring temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, wind speed, wind direction and rainfall, built around the tipping bucket rain gauge design the company pioneered. Choose the MK-III RTI long range sensor assembly or the MK-III RTN long range assembly depending on the receiver you are pairing it with, and add the MK-III mounting system for a proper installation.
Standard or long range?
Standard 433 MHz versions cover a typical site. The long range versions are the ones to specify when the sensor assembly has to sit a considerable distance from the building — a field boundary, a reservoir edge, a rooftop across a yard. Getting this decision right at order time saves a repeat installation, so call us if the distance is marginal.
Weather Oracle displays
The Weather Oracle MK III is RainWise's indoor display, supplied in a real wood frame rather than plastic. Standard range versions come in black, mahogany and cherry, with matching black, mahogany and cherry long range versions.
Logging data and putting it online
Two interfaces. The CC-3000 is a data logger and computer interface that records readings and connects to a PC, available in 433 MHz and long range versions. The IP-100 network interface puts the station directly onto your network so readings can be served to a web page or pulled into a monitoring system, also in 433 MHz and long range forms. Choose the CC-3000 for local logging and analysis, the IP-100 for continuous network availability.
