Lithium Battery C123 plastic wrap

After having Battery Low Warnings I removed the battery to test it. I found that the flat negative pole end was covered with a very thin plastic film which I had missed initially.

Hi Graham,

Thank you for your review.

We’re glad to hear you were able to identify the issue and resolve the battery warning. We appreciate your feedback regarding the protective film, as this is helpful information for both us and other customers.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Kind regards,
