Monitoring Pets During Car Transportation

Thermometers with long cabled temperature sensers are an effective way to monitor the temperature in the back of a car when transporting pets.

Never leave a pet in a car on a warm day, even with the windows slighly open: The interior temperature can rise to dangerous levels very quickly.
Never leave a pet unattended for a long time, regardless of whether you have a monitor. The monitor is an extra layer of protection, not a substitute for proper care.
